Monthly Meetings
 
The Sponsoring Committee holds monthly meetings, which are open to all members. These are usually held at the Garrison Dining Room, in Mewata Armoury at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each calendar month. Please refer to the events section above or latest MooseMail for exact dates.  Attending these monthly meetings is the best way for parents and guardians to support their cadets, and to become familiar with the Squadron program. These meetings are also a good way to get to know other parents and interested persons. All parents and guardians should ensure that the Executive has their mailing and email addresses as well as a contact telephone number. This is essential in order to stay informed about activities and deadlines.
