There are a few conventions that must be observed when working with the Cadet organization.

 
Visitors are never allowed to walk across the parade square during the evening. There are usually parade square markers set out at the four corners of the square that

delineate the boundaries. That space is reserved exclusively for the cadets and officer as a training space.  

Any time that the flag is raised or lowered, all in attendance are expected to stand still remove their hats and give full attention to the National Flag. The cadets will all be

standing at attention during this time

Parents or guardians should feel free to speak to any of the Officer staff while they ar evisiting the Squadron.  However if they have any concerns, these should be brought to

Command and observance of this structure, is appreciated.
