To enroll, use one of the two methods below:

Option #1 - Online Form

Visit registration.cadets.gc.ca The unit name is "604 MOOSE, ROYAL CANADIAN AIR CADET SQUADRON"
Enter your email address, then click outside of the email box.
Click on "Start new application"
Check your email for a message titled "Cadet Registration - email validation"
Follow the link in the email to continue your registration.

Option #2 - Email

Send an email to 604air@cadets.gc.ca, and include the following:

Attach a completed copy of form CF1158
- You may complete this form electronically OR print it out, fill it in by hand, and scan a copy
Attach a scan/copy of your child's birth certificate OR Canadian passport
Attach a scan/copy of your child's provincial health card
Put your child's full name in both the email subject and email message.
